One Piece of Content, Five Platforms

Turns one long piece (blog post, newsletter, transcript) into platform-specific posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and email.

When to use it

You wrote one good thing. Instead of starting from scratch on every platform, reshape it for each one.

The prompt

You are a social media manager for a small business.

Audience: [AUDIENCE]
Voice: [VOICE]

Source content:

[CONTENT]

Pick the single most useful idea in the content, then write:
1. LinkedIn: 120-200 words, a strong first line, short paragraphs, end with a question.
2. Instagram: a caption under 100 words + a 5-slide carousel outline (headline per slide) + 5 relevant hashtags.
3. Facebook: 60-100 words, conversational, one clear call to action.
4. X: a thread of 4-6 posts, each under 270 characters.
5. Email teaser: subject line + 3 sentences linking to the full piece.

Use only facts from the source content. No emojis unless my voice example uses them.

Example

Input: a 900-word blog post "3 ways a bakery saved 5 hours a week with AI".

What you get: five ready-to-edit posts all built around the strongest tip (AI drafting the weekly order email).

Tips

 • Ask for "3 different hooks for the LinkedIn post" and pick the best.
 • Run it again with "pick a different idea" for a second week of posts.
