Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a class, buy a pass, or use ithinkigotit.ai (the "Site"), operated by I Think I Got IT ("we", "us"). By purchasing or registering you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Classes are live, instructor-led online sessions delivered over Zoom on the date and time shown at checkout. Your booking includes the live session, the class materials (templates, prompt packs and similar resources) and access to the recording for 12 months from the class date.

2. Delivery

  • You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after payment, with a calendar invite.
  • The Zoom link is emailed at least 24 hours before class (and again 1 hour before).
  • Recordings and materials are delivered by email, usually within 24 hours after class.
  • Pass codes are emailed immediately after purchase and are valid until the expiry date shown.

3. Passes

Passes are redeemable for seats in scheduled classes while seats are available, until they expire or run out of credits. Passes are personal and may not be resold. Unused credits expire with the pass and are not refundable after 14 days from purchase.

4. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

See our Refund & Rescheduling Policy. If we cancel or move a class, you can choose a full refund or a seat in another session.

5. Your license to the materials

All class content, recordings and materials are owned by I Think I Got IT. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and for use inside your own business. You may not resell, republish, share recordings or links publicly, or use the materials to teach others commercially. Team licenses are available — ask us.

6. Recording and participation

Classes are recorded so attendees can rewatch them. Your name, voice, camera image and chat messages may appear in the recording if you choose to participate. You can keep your camera off and use a display name. We'll ask your permission before using any clip featuring you in marketing.

7. Conduct

Be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts a class, harasses others or shares the session link, without refund.

8. Educational content; no guarantees

Classes are educational. AI tools change quickly and can produce inaccurate output; you're responsible for how you use them and for reviewing AI-generated work. We don't guarantee specific business results. Third-party tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier) have their own terms and pricing.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We never see or store your full card number.
