Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Full refund up to 48 hours before class. Within 48 hours, we'll move you to any future session of the same class at no cost. Can't make it live? Every attendee gets the recording.

Single classes

• More than 48 hours before class: full refund, or move to another session — your choice.
• Within 48 hours: no refund, but we'll move you to a future session of the same class for free (once).
• Missed it? You still get the recording and all materials.

Passes

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used.
• Seats booked with a pass can be cancelled up to 48 hours before class and the credit is returned to your pass.

If we cancel or reschedule

You choose: a full refund, or a seat in another session (or a pass credit).

Team sessions

Covered by the terms in your proposal or invoice.

How to request

Reply to your confirmation email or send us a message through the contact form. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
